Weekend Plans?

Just a few days away from the weekend, and we are already planning out fun things to check out! One of the wonderful things about living in North Florida is that there is always something happening here on our first coast!

Here are just a few of the events and gatherings that got our interest!

The Annual School Choice Expo is happening this Saturday, January 12, from 11am to 3pm, at the Prime Osborn Convention Center. This event is incredibly informative for people who are wanting to learn more about magnet school options, special transfer options schools, charter schools, and local virtual schools.

For our craft loving friends, you won’t want to miss the Crafts and Cravings Festival. The festival puts the spotlight on local artists, displaying their arts and crafts, all while set to a backdrop of music, entertainment, and plenty of food trucks to choose from. It’s all happening at the Jacksonville Landing, this Saturday the 12th, from 10am to 5pm.

Maybe arts and crafts aren’t your thing? How about Jacksonville Cars & Coffee this Saturday at the Avenues Mall? Come start your weekend with some hot coffee, and check out some amazing exotic cars, super cars, high-end restorations, and some impeccable classic cars, from 8am to 11am. You can even check out a couple of the other events afterwards!

Finally, The Mini Bar wants you to come celebrate their One Year Bash with them this Saturday, from 8am to 6pm. Check out all the fun things that have scheduled throughout the the day by clicking on the link above. There will be a pull-up competition that benefits K9s for Warriors, a Mini Mart with lots of local vendors, and an all-day raffle with plenty of amazing prizes, including free donuts and coffee for a year!

Lisa Duke Realty, LLC

I began buying and selling real estate in 1995 for personal investments in Jacksonville, Florida. I enjoyed the business and I obtained a real estate license in 2002 to help others buy and sell homes on a part time basis. My part time efforts quickly grew into a full time real estate consulting business. Lisa Duke Realty, LLC opened in 2012 and in the first two years, our experience and staff have grown and flourished.
