2018 Proposed Property Taxes are Out

Duval County Notice of Proposed Property Taxes were mailed out on Friday, August 17, 2018.  Review your Notice!  The market value reflects fair market value as of January 1, 2018. Storm Water and Garbage Fees are not allowed on the Proposed Notice but will be on your Tax Bill which will be mailed out November 1, 2018.

If you disagree with the value or exemption status on your Proposed Property Taxes, contact the Property Appraiser’s Office immediately, 904-630-2011.      Formal Petitions must be “filed” on or before Tuesday, September 11, 2018 with the Duval County Value Adjustment Board.  Petition forms are available online, www.duvalpa.com.
